Pros

The pay was good and the products are good but this is a typical Churn and Burn company

Cons

They give you money so they can overwork you, everyone is miserable

Pros

Pay is good (though less than advertised if unpaid OT is taken into account) Health & Dental Everyone is helpful, I had a great mentor. Good nature on Campus.

Cons

LOTS of unpaid overtime, you are expected to work well over 40 hours a week without compensation. Lots of travel. Stifling corporate culture. Quite hierarchical despite being marketed as flat. Relatedly, sold as employee owned, (you can buy stock after x number of years) but has little of the aspects that make employee owned companies great. Read the fine print of your contract Quite far from the city center and the bus line that reaches both only runs to and from work so for any life activities a car is required -truly urban life not really an option.
