Pros

Depending on your application, you will have a decent work life balance, being able to work for 40-45 hours per week.

Cons

There is a ceiling to how much you can get paid, and the work will ramp up quickly. People are sometimes called in on weekends and the cold climate should be a consideration.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, friendly teammates

Cons

My team lead was very tough on performance reviews, told me I was a less than satisfactory employee with only a small amount of feedback, and didn't make the expectations clear. I joined Epic as a new grad with interest in healthcare tech and I was ready not to complain about the tech stack. I was shocked at how early into the job I had to fight for the job.

Pros

Lots of learning, Fast paced environment. A company that gets stuff done and gets it done the right way.

Cons

Sometimes the very inexpensive food they offer on campus isn't the best food I've had all week.
