Great people to work with. You get to wear more hats than you can imagine and learn in the process.

Cons

Getting a good manager is hit and miss and that makes all the difference. So many inefficient org structure changes and lay offs, it will keep your head spinning. Our benefits get changed drastically changed starting 2018.

No Professionalism at all in higher management. No Innovation and work quality. No one wants to take responsibility. Better opportunities declined by higher management. Good people are asked to leave the organisation.
