      Pros

      Great benefits are offered. Good group of engineers to work with. The personal time off policy is also good.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is great in theory but the reality is that the job needs to be done. Management is too busy worrying about looking good for senior management. The yearly layoffs are ridiculous considering there are still jobs advertising as needed to be filled. Too much outsourcing.

      Pros

      Ericsson is a solid company with great culture and values and lots of career opportunities. Management is good and the environment quite relaxed.

      Cons

      The overall job experience is very depending for how well your Market Unit is doing. Countries like Japan and Sweden are great places to work in Ericsson while this is not true in some other countries.
