Pros
Good benefits and pay if you survive long enough and do as you're told.
Cons
They tend to be bottom line conscious to a fault. They terminate seasoned, experienced employees and replace them with less than qualified ones at much lower salaries.There is very little training and new employees are not given the tools they need to do their jobs and be successful. All this leads to a poor customer experience.
