Very good work life balance provided you are not in shift jobs, working culture is very nice, a lot of freedom, very good for senior or experianced persons.perks & benifits other than salary is very nice.

Cons

Growth is very poor, no value for talent,not a good company to start your carrer with, quality of work is not that good, nothing much to learn.
