Uses proprietary tools, ie nothing you can use after leaving the company. Hierarchical organisation with a management culture that is made up o philosophers and with zero organisational/business understanding and with the mere motivation of commanding. Lot's of office politics. Not a place for a innovational person... They don't offer much support for professional

Quality of management and leaders are quite bad an inprofessional. Physical environment in office is horrible. Astma problems due to bad ventilation and cleaning. Can't say that leadership is creating a good environment with always reorganizing or firing people all the time. Imidiate management isn't helping in creating a fun and inspiring environment to work in where you want to perform more then needed. Salary system doesn't inspire you to perform good.
