Constant threat of lay offs. So much admin involved in other people "managing" your career. Management very poor in attaining future work. Most good managers have either left or been laid off. Other vendors are now stronger than Ericsson. Most people in management that are left are there because they either have backhanded or are good friends with their direct line manager. HR is a joke. After 8 years in RNAM, 5 as an FTE, my tenure was ended and was laid off. Since I am in a foreign country, would have expected severance to be quick. Yet still waiting for my severance pay for almost a month after separation. No medical covered for the past month. Unable to close my 401k as Ericsson still have not informed retirement people. HR no longer answering my emails. Place has been a nightmare for 3 years or more, now it's ended for me, Ericsson is still a nightmare as I fight to get what they owe me. After working sometimes in excess of 80 hours a week for 40 hours pay, it's not a fitting end!
