Excellent pay and benefits, however the work environment is toxic.

Growing industry with plenty of headroom. Pay is at industry average. Benefits are best in industry.

Cons

Upper executives are completely detached from the work and don't want that to change. Work has become part of the service industry where doing more for less is the everyday challenge.
