      Sympathetic managers, flexible working hours. No pressure to work overtime. Technical challenges sometimes. Like communism: if once admitted, you are not likely to get fired. Good news: for the lazy.

      Cons

      Too many and waaaaay too long meetings. Too complex processes. Relatively low salaries. Like communism: if once admitted, you are not likely to get fired. Bad new: your laziest workmates are also well cognizant of this. :(

      Pros

      Well, kind of a big company, nice people around, but happy with all they have and not looking for more (at least in Sweden)

      Cons

      For some reason, that is hardly to conceive, company let go the youngest, full of passion. As a result all you see is complacent 45-65 y.o. folks that hurry home to kids and family and do not care much about the company.
