      A lot of maintenance on spaghetti code with poor salary.

      Pros

      Flexi time. Overtime pay. Dan's tavern across the road. Good experience for grads.

      Cons

      Using outdated technology. Left behind with regards new technology, hard to gain new experience and advance your career. Salary not competitive. Management not technically competent sometimes. Constant firefighting and patching of scrappy code instead of rewriting. I don't know if its because of the canteen food or what, but the toilets always seem to be blocked in the building.

      Amazing benefits, great location, amazing people and solid executive management.

      Cons

      Pay structure should be transparent; not consistent across positions. Middle management is not in touch with the business, focus on developing new tools and processes with no view to improving current tools and processes, or using existing tools for new purposes. Wasteful IT spending and a large, ineffective Project Management team lead to reductions in headcount allocated for customer delivery.
