Pros
Strong benefits for US, very international culture, influential company. 5G will provide growth in the Networks division for some time.
Cons
Significant pay, rank disparities across company. Very easy in the US if you are on a Visa or are a woman to make significantly less than your peers. And the upper management is predominantly white, male, and Swedish. They are working hard to fix the gender disparities, but there is resulting age discrimination. And there is great job mobility if you start in Europe, but higher US wages reduce your options if you start there. If you are not in the Networks side of the business, you are not in a healthy business and are at risk.
