      Pros

      Respectful and relaxed atmosphere. Office in the middle of nowhere yet close to Helsinki (no traffic jams). The corona-virus crisis showed how flexible and well prepared the company and the management was to switch to remote work in a matter of days and provide employees with needed support.

      Cons

      Somewhat chaotic organisation of work. Broadcast emails is a norm, even if the matter only concerns a few people. Lack of hierarchy (they call it agile) at times leads to lack of competence in those who make important design decisions.
