Every single thing about the company.
Very bad choice to start a career with this company.
I’m writing this to know all the college pass outs out there to make a wise decision by not joining this company.
The work sucks. It is equivalent to a call centre job.
Managers and the management sucks. You will be mentally harassed. And there are senior people who support such a misconduct.
There is no difference between the work assigned to you and the other team members( senior engineer , specialist). The only difference is GETs and the engineers will be paid less.
Most important point to note, you will not be given any hike during the 1st appraisal and this applies to certain departments only and also there is no variable pay.
You will be paid below the industry standards.
All the above applies to the freshers.
For Freshers, who are reading this review consider this as my personal suggestion - "Never join this company in case you have been recruited on campus”.
No hygiene is maintained in the canteen.
Work will be done by the GETs and the engineers and all the credits are taken by the managers.
Managers are very inefficient and Egoistic. They get the work done by blackmailing the employees.
And will preach about workplace ethics.
