      Pros

      1) Can learn something. 2) Most case, the people work there are nice. But be careful, don't step on their toes. As there are lots of duplication in this company. Two departments could do do the same things.

      Cons

      1) Same as other large scale of multiple national company, it's bureaucratic. 2) The internal organizational structure is very complicated. 3) Keep in mind, when dealing with Swedish people, keep SLOW. Do not use the same expectation as US way of doing things.
