Good Company with flaws in Management on various Levels

Pros

Great company overall, with excellent benefits for "NOW".

Cons

Management is lacking direction, way to many SILO's within the North America, that seems to incorporate that buddy - buddy system. Company is Top Heavy and tend to lay off the hard workers with no clear understanding of their capabilities.

Pros

Great benefits, but all going away in 2018. Layoffs come fast and hard so you don't have to worry about them for long. Great severance package if you have enough time in.

Cons

Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs. Promotion of incompetents to executive level positions. Slashing US workforce to make up for European shortcomings. Executive insisted we all report time in excess of 40 hours because "he knew we were all working that much". If you didn't comply you got fired. This would be illegal in Sweden.
