The company has become too complicated and disorganized. Politics is very evident in all areas, most of the VP and their managers have insiders & clicks and don't care what you know only who you know. Most of these people grew up in the system from the lowest level to upper management only due to time, they lack education and critical thinking skills. There is no true leadership only lip service, you should not challenge their thinking the consequences are not favorable to your employment. Difficult to be promoted.
