1.) Good salary. 2.) Work from home. 3.) Work Life Balance. 4.) Better Medical Allowances. 5.) Flexible Timings.

Cons

Great place to work because there is almost no work. You will be nothing but billable resource. Will never be able to prove your ability and you will be challenged every time saying you are doing nothing. And whenever you will ask for assigning your type of work...they will have no answer. Year after year revenue goes down and high risk of loosing job altogether.

In an industry known for ups and downs. A new technology comes out and you have more work than you could ever ask for but after you are complete and waiting on the next one, tons of layoffs.
