Great benefits, excellent work schedule flexibility, ability to work remotely, great training and great pay.

Cons

Manage the projects so that employees to do have to be laid off. If projects are schedule correctly no layoffs are needed.

Work overload practice is a company culture at least at SE Region. If you are not ready to work 70-80 hrs per week, and sacrifice family time, you will not last for long.
