Not a great company - Layoffs every year

Good Health benefits Work life balance PTO

Cons

Every year they layoff 10%, sometime if they don't make good profit they layoff two times a year, there is lot of politics. The Management does not care about the employees well being, they want to make huge profits. I saw lot of new grads hired and getting layed off after one year. This is not a company where you can build your career with. Just get some experience and leave.

1.Departments and projects are not given on the basis of your academics as CS/EC 2.No cab facility 3.Small canteen 4.Less salary in comparison to competitors 5.R&D is just mere a name. 6.Currently Telecom is on the bit low side so ...

Pros

Market leading technologies. Wireless technology is the future. There are a lot of highly skilled and competent people working here. The work environment is very appealing.

Cons

Non of the pros makes up for all the cons unless you strive for a manager role. You're wage sucks unless you are an underpaid manager of some sort. You have little influence over you salary. Upper management seem to only care about themselfs and how to make things look good on paper. You have to educate yourself. You get little assistance and time to do so. There is close to zero social activities.
