Great work-life balance. Industry leading benefits, as well as great compensation package. The work environment is very pleasant, and most managers are very accommodating

Cons

Very little direction from executives and upper management, with lots of organizational changes. There are also many management layers, which makes it very difficult to respond to changes and at time hampers innovation.
