Company used to provide employee many On Job Training opportunity. Specially when the new product releases, some employees would have hand-on experience before joining a project.

Recent years, company pursues low cost.

Pros

Good work environment. Rivals are way behind in terms of market hold. Has good number of patents. Managers are more or less friendly.

Cons

Salary too less. Need to get revised as early as possible. Rivals are giving more benefits. Focus should be more on core business.Too much cost cutting affecting employees.Shifting duty.

Pros

It's a very good company to learn all the new stuff that is coming for the mobile networks. The team I was working with was awesome, we were a family and help each other to move forward and reach our goals.

Cons

Whenever you least expected they will remove your position with no notice, regardless on your good performance. Company prefers save money than enhance customer relation with good assets.
