      Backwater with great work-life balance

      Pros

      Not stressful, great location in the first district (for now), not much overtime, relaxed atmosphere at work. Job is versatile, chances to broaden the scope and look beyond the immediate responsibilities.

      Cons

      Very second-tier, not really challenging from a professional point of view, low pay, poor prospects for career development. IT is a mess. Poor internal project management.

      Pros

      - Working hours. Everyone is out of the office after 6pm. - Flexible when it comes to changing within the bank (from one country or department to another). - Job security

      Cons

      - Basically no leadership. Everyone pulls into a different direction, tons of small battles between department heads. - Horrible company culture. Extremely top-down management style and no communication between managers and lower employees or between departments. Even employees make fun of the firm. - A lot of underachievers. During my three years there, I've never even heard of anyone getting sacked.

      Pros

      Cannot think of any at the moment - I guess easily recognized brand name in CEE region, but its not necessarily a pro.

      Cons

      Weak upper management team in head office that plays into the hands of junior employees Lack of "culture" No communication Management does not stick to established KPI's and changes the rules of the game whenever it pleases
