      Pros

      Really good people in some departments, specially the IT. A lot of meaningful connections, with some interesting activities. Good, breakthrough projects, and nee things to do.

      Cons

      Lower salary, benefits are not that great. No merrits, so inflation eats up take home pay. And there are the same standards for top performance and bottom. Rigid structure, with a lot of procedures and policies.
