      Pros

      There are plenty of learning opportunities. They are innovative and have a strong programming culture and infrastructure.

      Cons

      They have difficulties to have an inclusive and diverse company culture. Most employees, especially in the investment division, are white males. Besides some marketing efforts, they do not really have any incentive to change that.
