      Stable CEE banking franchise. Relatively stable employer. No. 1. banking franchise in AT. Relatively diverse and a multinational work environment. Relatively good benefits (in-kind and monetary).

      Cons

      Very slow in managing changes. Low efficiency in project delivery and, in general, delivering hands-on results. Recent unclarity of strategy.
