Very slow processes, old fashioned IT apps., lack of competence, internal politics etc. No strategy or if any, no consequent tactics. Bank has a huge retail esp. standard retail focus (credit card, personal loans, salary clients) count this when you want to apply to any position. And....Just look on any job site and you see how current employees left the bank....

In the last couple of years, the approval process of a new product became heavily bureaucratic and it might slow down the development of your area. Also, the decision making and responsibility was spread between too many departments (similar to other banks) and you have to sit in seemingly endless meetings until a small change in the operation can be implemented.
