Pros
Erste Group Bank AG is a good employer to work for offering much diversity. With the Head Office of the Holding based in Vienna and the banks spanning the CEE region, the work has an international flair, the opportunity to travel exists and the different bank's local strategies make it challenging.
Cons
Opportunities available within the company, in many cases, just seem to be a formailty with many positions already having the sucessful candidate selected in advance. Frustrating many a hopeful candidate. Re-orientation within the company appears more difficult than in other companies.
