      Modern office in central location, friendly atmosphere, relative up-to-date technology stack, choice of workstations.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional bureaucracy. Those who steer projects often outnumber those who deliver its results. Flawed project management leads to chaos, overwork, burnout and apathy among colleagues who actually do things, and not only talk about them.
