      Pros

      Good working environment, good company's vision, good name across europe, lots of good people working very hard in name of the bank, great opportunities, benefits with international footprint.

      Cons

      Our division's focus is out of the internal customer's needs, which is bad. Our top management doesn't appreciate people and fear has spread across the organization which resulted in active silence (potential from people is being killed) from everyone and only one man is steering. Board members do not see what is happening under the hood. Lots of the reporting isn't real and administration become priority rather than real work. My high performance team would rather change job, because of those reasons.
