      Pros

      HQ building is located at good place. Interiors of the office, and equipments are good. Working from home desk is possible in some jobs

      Cons

      Very slow processes, old fashioned IT apps., lack of competence, internal politics etc. No strategy or if any, no consequent tactics. Bank has a huge retail esp. standard retail focus (credit card, personal loans, salary clients) count this when you want to apply to any position. And....Just look on any job site and you see how current employees left the bank....

      due to diverse setup- many opportunities, interesting jobs, location, diversity, ok salary, "lifetime employer", good restaurant, ok workhours in terms of banking

      Cons

      constant changes, top management lacking real longterm vision, political games, some employees lack motivation, somewhat bureocratic system, slow implementations, holding is bloated and cuts are shifted to countries
