Pros

Enthusiastic colleagues, good work environment, High level of teleworking, good net salary on average, excellent healthcare insurance system and family allowances (overall if you have children). Other important factor is the net of contacts you will build with people from all Europe.

Cons

Lack of progression if you are a temporary or contract agent. You do the same work that an official does with almost half salary. Short contracts of 1 year or 2 until you reach the maximum of 6 years. No other benefits, like meal vouchers, etc. Overtime work is not paid, but compensate with extra leave.
