very good place

Pros

Very good place, human and respectful environment

Cons

promotion system very slow, not always meritocratic. It is advisable to be in charge of a file which is politically visible. All promoted employees have merits, not all unpromoted colleagues have done a bad job. Sometimes they were just doing jobs that were not so much visible from a political point of view, although still necessary to the well functioning of the institution
