Pros

During the Bluebook traineeship, you are really thrown in the deep end of EU policymaking. Thanks to getting clear responsibilities from my supervisors, I felt like I was not only developing my personal skills, but could also build up my network within the institition.

Cons

Due to the magnitude of the traineeship, communication to trainees about, e.g., remuneration, can be vague.
