Very flexible environment. The work/life balance is very incredible, giving the opportunity to everyone working there to have a family and handle it.

Cons

I worked in the EC as an intern, and, obviously, there was no the possibility to keep working there. They should create a favoured channel to hiring for the ones who passed the selection for the internship to work there in a future
