- Many opportunities to get involved in several interesting projects - Appropriate level of responsibility - Friendly colleagues - Excellent work/life balance - Challenging work - Dedicated mentor/supervisor with very helpful feedback

Cons

- No advancement opportunities unless hired under a temporary contract or passing exams organised by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO)
