Pros

Motivated people, interesting global projects. An effort has been made to integrate families support leisure activities. Great environment around the workplace for nature lovers.

Cons

Your overall experience will depend a lot of your type of contract and your immediate team and management, as the environment is very heterogeneous (benefits, salary, job security, management, motivation, restricted).
