it is a very interesting job but you need to be pro active and really push for it if you want to get the best experiecne out of it

Cons

It is true that sometimes there is a lot of sitting down which can get a bit demotivating but it is up to you to make your job interesting

Pros

Great human experience, since you are about to meet people from different countries and cultures. Balance between private file and work, which is so important nowadays.

Cons

People forgot that the European Commission is firstly a democracy, so huge amount of administrative procedures to follow which may slow the process of some duties... But it's normal, you just have to get used to. A part from that, no other cons from my point of view.
