Benefits, amazing coworkers, possibility to WFH (hybrid).. diversity and inclusion, company events.

Cons

Lots and lots of micromanagement, to many people to approve any single decisions. Too many unnecessary meetings. Also uncertain future as many layoffs happens because they moving labour to cheapest country by using external vendors (India, Philippines, Morocco..) so work and customers support is degrading significantly. Lack of career growth. I would only consider this job and company as temporary opportunity. Employees are just a number. That's big corpo life.

Cons

Leadership that entered the company and pushed out acquired Brand's leadership is weak, and as uninspiring as can be. Lack of vision. Oversubscribed to DEI and hiring based on DEI on all levels. DEI hire SVP was a failure, caused irreparable damage, and it took too long to correct that failure. As someone else called out, Expedia Culture is a Fassade. They pretend to care about people but their true face comes through when they lay off their people with inhumane conditions and "packages".
