Pros

There are no pros. They’ve laid off nearly everyone to outsource roles to India. To line the pockets of their insanely greedy executives and board.

Cons

Everything. Literally everything. Just avoid this place like the plague.

Pros

Fast paced and interesting. Working with a global team.

Cons

My manager basically went on a rampage, unchecked, for six months before I finally quit. She's left now too, not sure the circumstances. But they allowed a bully to rise to VP level and ignored our calls for help. Such a shame.

Avoid this toxic company

Pros

no one good enough to write it

Cons

As written in many honest reviews, the environment is toxic, childish and incompetent. Unprofessional and boring as repetitive work: so management bullies and micromanages and employees spend their time in gossip, denigration, childish competition; most of them enthusiastic about some meeting with a sandwich and handling a rainbow flag. The center of evil is HR, the Team managers and Team leaders are incompetent and without skills, just ready to be yes men. Your personal data will be known by everyone and on everyone's lips, if you just think of speaking out something different, wrong, incorrect towards them. I&D is nothing more false, incoherent, boring and politically incorrect: the opposite of their fake company rules, which no one respects except when someone needs to be punished. The South EU Teams are horrible managed, just gossip and denigration and mistrust between coworkers. Then I don't understand what's so wonderful about some fancy coach and free coffee in the office: something else is needed to create a good environment. Just like people who are enthusiastic about "Benefits": according to Czech labor law the Health Insurance and meal tickets are mandatory; then Multisport is basic, offered by all Companies. Which offer much more to those who have skills and don't go to Prague for their first job as a young person: laptop, cell phone, productivity bonus, WFH, so on much more interesting also as a salary. Which in Expedia is low due to Prague inflation, crazy rent costs raising, grocery. If you don't want to live in cosharing with strangers or in 25sqm, then the salary will be enough just to eat and sleep. I don't recommend this company and its toxic Prague office, be careful of your mental health: there are better options in Prague. Now then with many layoffs, only the worst of the incompetent and the friends' circle remains in the office. So only good for unemployed youngers from depressed countries, unskilled people just losing time in Prague. Avoid like plague.
