Teams distributed around the world, I often found my day starting at 7 am and ending at 10 pm due to working with people in Europe and India at the same time. Yes breaks in the middle but felt like 'on the clock' for 15 hours. Massive reorgs every few years make everyone stressed and solve for problems that don't exist
