Job description is not exciting at all. It is hard to maintain your motivation to keep cold-calling customers. Probably different market has different situations, but at least the accommodation industry in Japan is not really well developed enough and there is a lack of professionalism among in the market. Also the products that the company provides is far left behind from other competitors.
