Pros

free food and that's it

Cons

People are regularly being laid off silently in some teams. Toxic culture , they demotivate employees by not giving them increments/putting them on pip and keeping them in such a toxic culture. Management is not skilled and so isn't the HR team.

Pros

- Smart people - Beautiful offices (the roof terrace in London! Seattle campus, Chicago office, NYC office in Empire state) - Travel opportunities

Cons

- Becoming too complex & political, meaning making changes/progress can be frustratingly, painfully slow. - Used to have great team vibes, but becoming increasingly competitive, people more interested in self promotion than working together to build amazing products
