Pros

Expedia rewards those who go above and beyond. It's not a place to slide by. Don't waste everyone's time by working there, if you just want to get by. You'll need to rise up with the others or you will be left behind, rightly so. You will work harder than you ever did before. Every year you have to work harder and smarter to stay the industry leader. It's expected.

Cons

Every year you have to work harder and smarter to stay the industry leader. It's expected. You could get burnt out. You won't ever get bored though.

Pros

Travel They had money to spend on projects.

Cons

The platform on which Expedia.com ran was holding innovation back. They were working on that when I left but it wasn't moving very fast. This was a couple years ago though.
