We have a great product that I am proud to be associated with. It is a fast paced and fun culture full of extremely bright and talented people. We are also kept aware of the performance and challenges the company faces from Executive Leadership.

Cons

Sometimes the commuincation from upper management on changes does not get filtered down to the front lines as quickly as it could be.

Expedia's fun until you're looking to advance

Expedia is a dynamic and sometimes exciting place to work. The travel benefits are good if you're willing to seek them out.

Cons

They don't seem as open as I'd like towards career advancement. As someone who has worked here for 2+ years, my ability to move up or to move sideways into a different position feels very stifled.
