Pros

Great benefits (including travel deals), casual atmosphere and dress code. It can be really fun to work here. Occasional team offsites have been enjoyable.

Cons

Seriously outdated technology and tools. We're supposed to be a tech company and yet we are lagging behind the industry when it comes to adopting new technologies. As company grows, beaurocracy and politics is becoming more of a problem.
