1)Get to work on latest techstack. 2)Healthy discussion before starting to develop any feature. 3)Strong documentation, you will always find some documentation around something. 4)People are really nice here. 5)Excellent wlb 6)It is a tech first company so mostly the engineers provide a deadline to business and not the other way around
