WLB Perks IATAN benefits Great managers who actually are people managers, not just techies

Team doesn't have any direction. Don't know what I'll be working on in future. Constant reorgs. Pay could have been better. Confusion with respect to levels for example, sde2 here is sde1 everywhere else.
