Pros

People who worked with me were nice

Cons

Low pay $9 an hour - hired me as front desk and quickly gave me other jobs to do that they could not hire for. Owner is very disrespectful. Found out he hired someone else while i was working there! Did not tell me he was looking - said he wanted a sales person.

Pros

Some coworkers where great to work with

Cons

I have HR Generalist experience and knowledge with me finishing my bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in HR. With letters of recommendations as well as great references. I went in for an interview for a job with a company that goes through them, then was told I would be a great fit for them and they would like someone like me to help bring new ideas to their team. I interviewed 2 times and was told after a 2 day "walking interview" and after that we would have a meeting to see if we thought I would be a good fit. I was fine with that bc not everyone is compatible with your team, I initially liked the idea. I haven't been back in TN long and was excited bc my last job was absolutely amazing and like family, so I was hoping to find that here. I first want to say Emerald, Barbara, Liz, Shelby, Matt, and Jose are absolutely amazing and I love their energy and work ethic. I did my 2 day walking interview and all o was allowed to do was take notes and watch the team. The end of day 2 I was pulled into a meeting with the manager saying I was great and they saw me doing great things and asked if I wanted to continue to work for them. I happily said yes. Even though I had seen some red flags, I just thought they were just strict bc of the personal information they handle.... So I didn't think much of that. Literally the next day, near the end of the day, I was pulled into the office with another girl and told we were "still in the running" for the positions but they felt they still needed to do other "walking interviews" to make sure they pound the perfect fit. The other girl had been there almost 3 weeks and we were both already asked to stay on.... I asked the reason and she couldn't give anything. She said I was a great and I would excel in any position I was in and they would help me find a great placement. I made it clear I was not happy with the lack of communication and treatment, especially when there wasn't even a verbal warning. I said they needed to work on their communication to future employees. I was told that I didn't need to do research on the job I was doing that I just needed to do it and that's it. They have not reached back out like they said and she even gave me a big and said she really liked me and saw great potential in me. Which was highly unprofessional. I saw them fuss at their employees for just talking (not even a lot). The employees I listed did their job above and beyond and they still got in trouble. That is NOT how you run a team. They wanna hit a huge goal and they are not going to get there with that mindset. I was devastated especially after turning down a job that paid way more, bc I initially thought I could help make a difference. I hope that there is an investigation as to why the inside employee turn over is as crazy as it is. The lack of professionalism and grace they have is unbelievable, I hope whoever thinks about working for that team reads this and turns them down. I do not want anyone to go through this. They are messing with people's livelihood by letting them think they have a permanent place and allowing you to turn down other job opportunities just to get slapped in the face. If I was the owner, I would make a change with the upper management bc you will never hit your goal with a turn around like that. You are supposed to work with your team and build them up so they can build you up not destroy the confidence and job security of your team. I genuinely hope they get a taste of their own medicine. And I would be more than happy to say any of this the the owner, bc they will never keep a good team with an attitude like that.
