I have had several amazing opportunities here. I have been able to work close with the businesses that make up this great area. I have been able to work closely within the Russellville Chamber of Commerce. I have been able to place people to work where they can support themselves and their families. I have been able to watch our company grow and expand. I have been able to develop relationships in the community that I otherwise would not have been able to.

Cons

As long as you are 100% committed and dedicated in what you do, there really aren’t any cons. You just have to be strong willed, grounded and realistic.

There is nothing good to say about these people.

Cons

I've been registered to them for almost 4 years. I call every week and they never have any jobs available. The one time i did get a job after passing all required test including urine sample, they took the job away and claimed that someone told them i said some negative things about the company. Fired instantly with no explanation or opportunity for defense. They play favoritism with all employees and will give a position to someone with absolutely no experience over someone who has enough experience.
